Only certain beachfront resorts have direct, private shoreline access where they can set up dining tables directly on the sand behind their property boundaries.

• Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep): Top-tier properties along Govind Nagar Beach and Beach No. 5 (Vijay Nagar) frequently offer exclusive dining setups on their private beachfront strips.

• Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep): Selected boutique resorts situated right on the shore offer secluded private beach dining.

2. Resorts without Private Beaches

Many resorts—including popular mid-range properties and those located slightly inland or near protected forest stretches—do not have private beaches. Instead, they usually arrange candlelight dining in one of three ways:

• Seaside Lawns & Decks: Setting up candlelit tables on private landscaped lawns or elevated decks overlooking the ocean.
